Q Proof of Course Completion For Insurance Purpose
A Students requiring proof of course completion and have been processed through on-line certification transaction by A Line Driving School need to obtain their Drivers License History (DLH) from any Service Ontario location
the DLH request can only be requested by the drivers license holder only as it contains personal information
We have paid $15 online certification fee The Provincial fee is $12 to print your DLH please make sure you have funds when you go to Service Ontario
